How It Works

Send Faxes With Your PC, Phone, or Tablet

Navigate to the compose new fax section in your dashboard. Drag and drop your attachments (or use the camera on your phone) to send faxes to one or more recipients. Create contact lists in the address book section and send faxes to multiple destinations with a single click.

Send Faxes With Email

Send an email to <fax number>@jianguosoft.com and fill out the email subject and body - this becomes your cover sheet.
Attach your documents, such as pdf or doc, and send. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know that the fax was sent successfully.

Receiving Faxes

During signup, choose a local fax number in any area code. Every incoming fax is automatically sent to your email as a pdf file which can be printed, saved, or forwarded. There are never any busy signals even if multiple faxes are being received at the same time.

You can also view your entire history of sent and received faxes in your dashboard page.

    Simply put, JianguoFax is an online faxing service that makes your fax machine obsolete. You can use a real dedicated phone number to receive faxes into your email inbox and send faxes by attaching your documents (such as PDF or .DOC) to an email.   • How many devices is this limited to?

    You can use any phone, tablet, desktop computer or laptop as long as you login to jianguosoft.com, or send the fax from the email address you used when you signed up with JianguoFax.

    No. JianguoFax is an online service which can send and receive faxes to other real fax machines using telephone lines. You do not have to worry about paper jams, low ink, or busy signals.

  • I already have a fax number, can I use it with JianguoFax?

    Absolutely. During the first step of the sign up process, click the "already have a fax number?" button and enter your number. After you sign up, you will fill out a more detailed form so we can process the transfer with your current provider.

  • Is there a special app or software?

    In order to maximize simplicity, no special software is required. You can send faxes directly from our website, which has been specially designed for mobile use. You can also send and receive faxes using any email software you have on your phone or computer.

  • How long is my fax history available to view?

    All of your faxes are always available during the length of your account. They can be printed and sorted according to date.

  • How much does JianguoFax cost?
